Meet the Team

Jay KISSINGER

BSc (Hons), MSc, AKC, MRSC, MRQA

Jay Kissinger (né Schlesinger) founded T-Regs Consulting Ltd in 2019, following a career in scientific research, forensic toxicology and GxP-regulated bioanalysis. He holds an MSc in Analytical Toxicology from King’s College London and a BSc (Hons) in Forensic Sciences from Abertay University. He is a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry (MRSC) and the Research Quality Association (MRQA), and an affiliate member of the Association for Project Management (APM).

Prior to consultancy, Jay worked as a scientific researcher, analytical scientist and Study Director in GLP, GCP and GMP environments. His work covered LC-MS/MS method development and validation to OECD, EMA and FDA guidelines, alongside scientific responsibility for clinical and pre-clinical studies. He also served as IT System Administrator for laboratory informatics platforms including NuGenesis (Waters) and Analyst (Sciex), leading computerised system validation (CSV) activities such as system upgrades, data migration and periodic review.

This experience underpins his consultancy work. Having worked directly with the systems, data and processes he now supports, Jay brings a practical understanding of laboratory operations, data integrity and compliance within GxP-regulated environments.

Since establishing T-Regs Consulting Ltd, he has supported pharmaceutical and CRO organisations in laboratory informatics, computerised system validation and project delivery. His work includes LIMS and NuGenesis implementation, validation strategy and compliance support across the full system lifecycle, working with laboratory, IT and quality functions to deliver systems that are both operationally effective and inspection-ready.

Jay is a PRINCE2 Practitioner with experience delivering complex digital transformation projects in regulated environments. You can access Jay’s abbreviated CV or explore his LinkedIn profile for further information.
